FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, cardio-vascular surgery. Access to tricuspid and mitral valves is performed. Incisions end on auricles in region of fibrous ring of tricuspid or mitral valves and/or coronary sinus and/or foramen of inferior or superior vena cava. On the region of incisions contact with said anatomic structures, cryoapplication is applied or it is treated with coagulator. Air-tightness of auricles is restored by double-row atraumatic suture.
EFFECT: method allows to restore intracardiac hemodynamics, avoid dangerous, stable to conservative therapy cardiac rhythm disturbances, improve patients' life quality in remote period.
