FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has casing and means for connecting to drive. The casing is movable towards head piece. The head piece has outlet shaft provided with removable knife, means for fastening the casing and means having scale and pointer for adjusting layer thickness to be sliced. The pointer is fixed on the casing and has projection or notch engageable with movable and unmovable rest member mounted on the head piece. The rest member is settable restrictor of minimum layer thickness to be sliced. The minimum layer thickness is equal to 0.05 mm.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; exact interaction of working holder parts and tissues under treatment.
