SUBSTANCE: dermatome has body with removable movable disk knife 2 kinematically connected with drive 3, handle 4, guide 5 of outcome of skin graft with inclined surface oriented to center of knife and located in through hole 7, and mechanism for change of thickness of cut layer in form of movable flange 8 with retainer 9. Inclined surface 6 is made in form of wall of through hole 7. Disk knife 2 is located on gear 10 with mating mounting end face 11. Through hole 7 is made in body 1 whose external surface carries movable flange 8.
