FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has body, and drive connected thereto. The drive is kinematically linked to outlet shaft. The outlet shaft has instrumental canal and removable chuck on working end. The kinematical link of the drive and outlet shaft has at least one reducer for increasing outlet shaft torque. The outlet shaft has supporting circular prominence mating the removable chuck and/or removable adapter connector. The supporting circular prominence is used for damping removable chuck beat and/or removable adapter connector beat and has diameter being not less than 1/6 of idle removable chuck and/or removable adapter connector end.
EFFECT: accelerated operation; reduced risk of traumatic complications.
