SUBSTANCE: method involves making patient interpret subject image. The interpretation is estimated in five mental response spheres being attention, visual gnosis, speech, thinking and emotional personal sphere. Attention is estimated by analyzing parameters of obtaining insight into a task with the following disorder symptoms like impulsiveness, delay and functioning stability with the following disorder symptoms like working-out state, concentration weakness, increased distractibility, slip into collateral associations, not enough effort in taking particularities into account, coming to deep into details, increased exhaustibility. Visual gnosis is estimated by analyzing parameters and disorder symptoms like integrity analysis as fragmentary perception; optical spatial gnosis as ignored right or left half-space; object gnosis and face recognition as agnosia and paragnosia. Speech estimation involves analyzing parameters and corresponding disorder symptoms like detailed description as laconic manner, poverty of language, difficulties in planning phrases; speech execution as using slang, emphatic expressions, intonation and melodic deficiency of speech; speech disorders as perseveration, paraphasia, agrammatisms, pronunciation defects, situation-dependent speech legibility disorders, prosodic disorders. Mental processes involves analyzing disorder parameters and symptoms like operational thinking side as difficulties in making generalizations; mental processes dynamics as excess in hypotheses, difficulties in changing hypotheses; motivation side of thinking as reasonery, singular interpretation, contradictory judgments. Emotional personality sphere estimation involves analyzing disorder parameters and symptoms like emotional response during examination as increased emotional response intensity, reduced emotional response intensity, reserved emotional response, emotional lability, protest responses, reduced emotional syntonia with respect to examiner; emotional content of picture as aggressive tendencies, autoaggressive tendencies, alarming tendencies, empathy, moralizing tendencies, difficulties in determining emotional state of characters, escape from interpreting emotional state of characters, misunderstanding of emotional content; leading activity strategy as symptoms of strikening, uncertain, formal and rigidity type. Availability, lack and marked nature of symptom is estimated as follows: + fuzzy, ++ moderate, +++ bright and often; - the symptom is not observed.

EFFECT: high quality of complex estimates obtained.
