SUBSTANCE: device comprises housing and shaft provided with sockets for locator and mounted inside the housing. The rotation of the shaft is caused by the rack and ratchet wheel with the use of dogs. The rocker controls the rotation and locking. One arm of the rocker is provided with cam, and the other one is provided with two dogs. The cam cooperates with the locator through the roller mounted on the axle of the locator. The roller mounted on the rocker cooperates with the rack, and the dogs are interacted with the ratchet wheels.
EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities.
