FIELD: methods of continuous production of polyamide 6,6 and its copolyamides.
SUBSTANCE: at first stage reaction of hexamethylene diamine adipate - nylon salt and water is conducted and in case of copolyamide - lactam under pressure at temperature of from 180 to 280°C. Polymerization product obtained at first stage is delivered to subsequent stage with evaporated water and reaction components contained in it. At next stage, evaporated water is removed and/or displaced by inert gas. Removal of water is performed at one or several subsequent stages. Device proposed for realization of this method includes reactor under pressure with heat exchanger mounted in front of it and at least one additional condensation reactor mounted after drier. Gas space of reactor under pressure is connected with gas space of additional condensation reactor; water from gas space of additional condensation reactor is discharged through column with dephlegmator and gate.
EFFECT: possibility of discharging water at low temperature and pressure at reduced losses of diamine.
