FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out training sessions pronouncing words and/or connected phrases. The training is carried out with patient holding balance in vertical position on stabiloplatform of computerized stabiloanalyzer in computer game with visual biofeedback being used. Marker depicting pressure force center position on the stabiloplatform is shown to a patient on monitor screen (PC marker) and test task as game situation. The patient controls body position in frontal and sagittal plane under feet position on stabiloplatform by moving PC marker over the monitor screen corresponding to game situation and pronounces words and/or connected phrases. The patient synchronizes speech tempo and rhythm with test execution.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of rehabilitation; reduced psychoemotional stress during training.
