FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has piezoelectric element, ion generator and transformer having secondary winding connected to the ion generator. The device also has symmetrical threshold switch board connected to the first outlet of the piezoelectric element, differentiating circuit and capacitor. The piezoelectric element is connected with its first outlet to symmetric threshold commutator input. The piezoelectric element is connected with its second outlet to the second differentiating circuit outlet, the second capacitor outlet, the second outlet of the primary transformer winding. The symmetric threshold commutator output is connected to the first differentiating circuit outlet, the first capacitor outlet and the first outlet of the primary transformer winding. Barrier discharge principle is implemented in the ion generator.

EFFECT: enabled nonvolatile stable output characteristics, small size and mass and high performance; wide range of functional applications.
