FIELD: the invention refers to machine building namely to hydraulic presses.
SUBSTANCE: it may also be used in wood working industry for manufacturing and finishing of wood-based panels, plywood and laminate. The press has an unmovable stand in the shape of tightened between themselves power frame sections and working cylinders located inside the stand with flanges leaning on the low frame girders of the power frame sections, a movable cross-arm, lifting cylinders, heating plates, unmovable upper plate fastened to the upper frame girders of the sections and spacers. It is provided with hydraulic cylinders for transferring spacers in horizontal flatness and a movable plate with thrust stops mounted on it for hanging out heating plates. The heating plate is installed with possibility of transferring in vertical flatness with the aid of lifting cylinders. The unmovable upper plate is fulfilled with guides. The spacers are located with possibility of displacement along the mentioned guides between the movable and unmovable upper plates and locking the forces of the working cylinders during the process of pressing. The heating plates are fulfilled with possibility of closing of the movable plate under its own weight, the thrust stops and the heating plates at dissipating pressure in the lifting cylinders.
EFFECT: increases productivity, reduces metal and power consumption of the press.
