FIELD: woodworking industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment used in the woodworking industry for manufacturing and finishing of wood-based panels, plywood, laminated plastics. Hydraulic multi-storey press contains vertical power racks with rotation cylinders, working cylinders and a movable top plate with protrusions for gripping it with levers. Levers have the ability to rotate by means of hydraulic cylinders rotation. On the plungers of the working cylinders there is a movable lower plate. Heating plates are installed between the movable plates. Press has a stabilization device consisting of support arms, on the end of each of which a slider is mounted. Press is provided with chains located on the blocks, one end of each of which is connected to an earring made on the upper movable plate, and the other end to the tip of the lifting hydraulic cylinder rod. On the crossbars there is a service platform, under which an exhaust hood is installed in the form of a frame, overlapping three heating plates in the open state.
EFFECT: as a result, the reliability of the press is improved and its design is simplified.
