METHOD OF THE DECONTAMINATION AND UTILIZATION OF THE FLY ASHES FORMED AT BURNING AND GASIFICATION OF THE WASTES Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC C04B20/04 C04B18/06

Abstract RU 2294904 C2

FIELD: methods of utilization of the domestic and industrial wastes.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the methods of utilization of the domestic and industrial wastes. The technical result of the invention is: the improvement of the parameters (ecological, economical and technical) of the ash reprocessing process and the appropriate properties of the final product. The method of decontamination and utilization of the fly ash formed at burning and gasification of the wastes, by means of its transformation into the granular shape provides for: mixing of 60 ÷ 70 mass % of the fly ash, the first additive made in the form of 0 ÷ 15 mass of the alumo-silicate component, the second additive made in the form of 15÷5 mass % of the dry or the paste like organic fuel and the third additive in the form of 0÷10 mass % of the chloric salts, addition to the dry-mix of 10-20 mass % of the water with the subsequent formation of the granules, their drying and the thermal treatment within one phase by heating up to the temperature of ≥ 700°С for 10÷30 minutes. As the aluminum silicate component use the powder gained from natural clay of the different morphology or the powder gained from the wastes of the construction materials, or their mixtures; and as the chloric salts use the powder or the concentrated solution of KCl, NaCl, MgCl2, CaCl2 either the powder or the concentrated solution of the industrial wastes containing KCl, NaCl, MgCI2, CaCl2, or the mixture of such powders or solutions.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the improvement of the parameters (ecological, economical and technical) of the ash reprocessing process and the appropriate properties of the final product.
