Hydrocarbon flow preheater contains non-contacting first and second tanks, the volumes of which are isolated from the external environment, moreover, the second tank is located above the first tank, the containers are interconnected by at least one pipe, while inside the second tank passes the pipeline for the passage of the heated hydrocarbon stream, and the first tank, in which the heat pipes of the coolant gas are located, is filled with ethylene glycol to a level completely covering the surface of the heat tubes of the heat carrier gas.

EFFECT: invention aims to reduce the likelihood of ignition of the heated substance.
