FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: liquid level control gauge can be used in systems and devices for checking of level of fuel, during storage, fueling as well during process of operation of engines using cryogenic fuel under hard mechanical influences. Liquid level control gauge has case with printed circuit and sensitive element (temperature-sensitive resistor) onto substrate, which is mounted on printed circuit. Printed circuit is made in form of narrow thin plate (sides relate as 1,3-1,5). One shorter side of plate is tightly fastened to base of case. There is opening at edge of end of opposite side, which is not tightly fastened; diameter of opening is 2 to 4 times larger than width of substrate where temperature-sensitive resistor is placed. Substrate is disposed above opening and it is made of thin thermo-insulating material. Temperature-sensitive resistor is made in "point" form; it has sizes of (0, 15...0,5)mm x(0,15...0,5)mm and its thickness doesn't exceed 0,005 mm. Thin film is used as substrate and temperature-sensitive resistor is disposed at lower edge of film.
EFFECT: higher speed of operation; improved precision of measurement; higher vibration resistance under influence of hard vibration-shock loads in liquid medium.
