SUBSTANCE: device comprises housing (3), base provided with bearing member (4), and locking member (6). Member (4) has first bearing member (5) for the first end (2') of lengthened member (2). Member (4) and member (6) are mounted in a spaced relation one with respect to the other in the axial direction. Detachable bearing block (7) with through opening for receiving a part of lengthened member (2) is mounted from the other side of the device for permitting movement between locking member (6) and bearing member (4) and movable member (9) provided with second bearing member (10) for the second end (2'') of lengthened member (2).
EFFECT: reduced time for mounting and dismounting.
