FIELD: medicine, juvenile neurology.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to detect clinical signs of the disease mentioned; moreover, in a child's peripheral blood one should determine the level of micronuclei-containing erythrocytes and that of chromosome aberrations in lymphocytes. At total values of micronuclei-containing erythrocytes being above 0.14% and lymphocytes with chromosome aberrations being above 3.33% in females and 3.38% in males it is possible to establish genomic instability in a child. The innovation enables to determine the approach to pharmacological correction in patients with juvenile cerebral palsy.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of detection.
