FIELD: photo-sensitive flexographic element for making flexographic printing shape plates for printing newspapers.

SUBSTANCE: element includes resilient metallic carrier, adhesion layer applied to it, organically developed photo-polymerized layer, transparent substrate layer, removable protective film. Thickness of flexographic element ranges from 300 to 1000 micrometers. Rubber binding agent has average weight value Mw ranging from 80000 to 150000 g/grammolecule and Shore hardness A ranging from 50 to 80 and amount of plasticizer ranges from 10 to 40 percents of mass when computed for amount of all components of photo-polymerized layer.

EFFECT: development of fast method for making flexographic shape plates for printing newspapers, with substantially decreased recycling time, development of photo-sensitive flexographic elements, allowing quick recycling of flexographic printing forms, providing for printing on rough newsprint paper with high resolution.
