FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, working tools for complete cultivation of fallow fields in arid zones.
SUBSTANCE: cultivator hoe has tine, right-hand and left-hand flat wings longitudinally offset one with respect to another. Flat wings are made from constructional strip steel. Strip section is (4x45)-(5x40) mm. Cutting edge is formed on front part of each strip by sharpening of strip face at an angle of 13-18 deg. During manufacture of strip, before deformation process, cutting edge is coated with wear-resistant material which is deposited or fused thereto. Each wing and vertical blade of hoe is formed by deforming pair of strips symmetrically to bending line oriented at an acute angle to cutting edge. Bending line is oriented at an angle of 35-45 deg toward cutting edge on front part of strip. Ratio of length of cutting edge of each wing to length of cutting edge of vertical blade is (3-6):1. Each wing with vertical blade is joined along fluting plane. Roundness radius of fluting planes is 8-10 mm. Upper parts of vertical blades are provided with mounting openings. Cutting edges of vertical blades are equipped with mounting openings. Cutting edges of said blades are inclined to longitudinal direction at an angle equal to angle between strip bending line and wing cutting edge. Front part of hoe tine is provided with shield formed as step with upper and lower faces inclined to one another. Lower face of shield is oriented to longitudinal direction at an angle equal to angle of inclination of cutting edge of vertical blade to horizontal plane. Mounting openings provided on tine shield are adapted for retaining of right-hand and left-hand flat hoes in operating position.
EFFECT: reduced production costs, increased efficiency in complete undercutting of weedage without carrying away of wet soil layer onto day surface.
