FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, irrigated agriculture. SUBSTANCE: working tool has tine and A-hoe with cutting edge on its front surface. Tine has cutting edge on its front face and rear wall on its lower part. Hoe is attached to rear wall, which is fixed in horizontal position on lower part of tine. Rear wall is made A-shaped and is equipped with stop positioned on its rear face. Vertical slot is formed in tine line on rear wall. Profiled recess is made on tine below rear wall for receiving hoe tip. Hoe cutting edge is made discontinuous and has steps directed toward wing rear end. Each step has vertical part. Cutting edge of vertical part is inclined at an angle less than 90 deg to hoe upper face. Cutting edges of vertical parts are joined to front parts of step cutting edges along channels. Height of vertical parts above hoe is increasing toward rear end of wing. Cutting edges are formed on steps up to vertical parts and subjected to quenching. Working tool is used for surface tillage of soil. EFFECT: improved quality of soil tillage regardless of its moisture content and degree of contamination. 2 cl, 5 dwg
