FIELD: medicine, therapy.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to carry out dietotherapy at three 21-d-long stages by alternating 7-d-long low-caloric similar alimentary diets at energy value being about 600-700 kcal/d with 14-d-long various more caloric diets at energy value not more than 1000-1400 kcal/d; calculation of the diet should be fulfilled per a kg of desired body weight, moreover, during the first 7 d of each stage it is necessary to introduce per 0.4-0.6 g/kg proteins and fats, 1.6-1.8 g/kg carbohydrates, at energy value being 11-15 kcal/kg; during the next 14 d of every stage it is necessary to introduce 0.7-0.9 g/kg proteins and fats, carbohydrates 2.9-3.4 g/kg, at energy value being 20-25 kcal/kg; during the period of 7-d-long low-caloric diets it is important to perform daily seances of total massage, walking - not less than 2.5 h/d, every other day it is necessary to carry out intestinal purification, and during the periods of 14-d-long diets - massage not more than twice weekly by continuing walking procedures for not less than 1.5-2 h/d. The innovation enables to return a patient to normal way of life at excluding the chance of disease transition into its chronic form and patient's invalidization due to combining dietotherapy and physical activity, physiotherapeutic procedures and psychotherapeutic techniques oriented for normalizing alimentary behavior in such patients.
