FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, food hygiene. The rational psychotherapy, diet therapy, self-regulation aimed at reducing the functional stress of the pancreas during digestion are applied. At the stage of preparation (1-2 weeks), a number of 60-second breathing exercises (BE) precede every meal, including: normal inhalation, more extended exhalation directed to the solar plexus. After the meal, self-massage of biologically active points: HOU-SI (IG3) on the enteric meridian, HE-GU (GI4) on the colonic meridian. The appetite and digestion are controlled by self-cognition and self-analysis; the need-motivational sphere is described on the principle of a dominant. The food is fletcherised while being separated from water in the mouth. There are used: 3-4 meals a day with a good appetite, water between meals at least 700-1000 ml/day, in the morning, a glass of water drunk at a gulp on an empty stomach 20-30 minutes before breakfast, another 300-500 ml of water between breakfast and lunch, 200-300 ml between lunch and dinner; the portions are no more than 1/4 of a cup or in sips. After lunch and dinner, water and beverages shall not be taken for 2-3 hours, after breakfast and lunch, solid food is washed down. The amount of protein per day is 0.8-1.0 g per kg of normal weight. Besides, 3-5 minutes before bedtime the contrast shower hydrotherapy (CSH) of the lower extremities is applied. The main stage (4-5 weeks) involves the BEs, acupressure, CHS, digestion control, water schedule. The following food is excluded: refined sugar, including added to beverages, roast, smoked food, saturated fat and their products, mayonnaise, ketchup, white bread, pasta, refined vegetable oil, milk, cottage cheese for 2 months. The following food is obligatory: unrefined vegetable fat 30-45 g/day, butter fat 30 g, edible greens, heat treated vegetables, except for potatoes, starchy food, biscuits or chocolate 25 g not later than at 18 o'clock. The food is cooked, stewed or roasted at t°C no more than 100°C; the protein food is garnished with greens. At the final state (2-3 weeks), a daily diet is corrected: protein, fat and carbohydrates in ratio 1:1:4 for the patients of blood groups 1, 3, in ratio 1:1:5 for the patients of blood groups 2, 4, seasonally: cereals - in winter and spring, baked potatoes - in autumn and winter.

EFFECT: method provides weight reduction for a longer period free from stress of hunger, recovered metabolic processes, improved functionality of the digestive system, improved work of the other organs and systems, increased muscle mass, normalised blood chemistry.
