SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for weight reduction and prevention of its gain. Intended nutrition is trained, diet with low energy value, physical activity and massage. Week diet plan is made together with a patient on the principle of including following days: "lose weight" - nutrition is performed along the lower border of the calorie corridor, "do not gain" - nutrition is performed along the upper boundary of the calorie corridor, "eat what we want" - nutrition without limitations. Calorie corridor calculations are performed as follows: firstly basal metabolic rate is calculated by formula Harrison-Benedict Equation. Then, the obtained value is multiplied by coefficient of physical activity, and the final result is accepted as maximum value of the calorie corridor. Further, the minimum value of the calorie corridor is calculated by subtraction of the obtained result for preventing weight gain up to 300 Kcal, and for weight-reducing treatment - up to 800 Kcal. Also products to make a menu in said days are chosen together with a patient. Food diary is performed and food ration is corrected taking into account changed weight or if necessary, maintaining normal weight.

EFFECT: method allows to create comfortable conditions for weight reduction due to individual approach for choosing the mode of nutrition and products ingredients, normalization of metabolic processes in vivo, and to obtain stable therapeutic effect.
