FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method for weight reduction involves a complex food formulation (CFF) for weight reduction by 4-6 kg for the one-month daily consumption. The CFF is placed into a package, storage, transportation kit of food for weight reduction. The CFF for weight reduction is provided for 24 days, including breakfasts, lunches and dinners, and 4 fasting days at one fasting day a week. Each food item is packed and marked with a specific colour. The food items are selected to have a low glycemic index, a low fat percentage and a low salt percentage. For 24 days, the patient takes 4 meals - breakfast, lunch, sweet course and dinner, besides the patient takes approximately 2 litres of still sugarless, unsalted water for each day. In addition, for each of twenty-four days, one glass of sugarless plain tea or coffee a day, one glass of milk or kefir 3.5% or less with breakfast, lunch or dinner, green salad or vegetable salad are allowed. Sweet course can include no more than one big fruit or no more than two smaller fruit, or no more than a hundred and fifty gram of fresh berries a day. A caloric value of the dishes is maintained so that the daily caloric value is no more than 800 kcal. Each fasting day implies drinking approximately 8-10 glasses of still sugarless, unsalted water. The fasting day involves drinking water and eating one pack of undercooked and unsalted rice of four prescribed for a day alternatively. An amount of each single meal on any day shall not exceed on glass or 250 gram. Lunches, dinners, a portion of breakfasts are transported and stored frozen; other portion of breakfasts are prepared dry. All the food items are placed into two package, storage, transportation kits of food for weight reduction. Each complex rests on a foam plastic thermal box. The food items are laid in lines interleaved with a paper gasket. An upper paper gasket is covered with ice packs; the thermal box is capped and placed into a card corrugated box. The food items required no pre-freezing are placed in the thermal box from above. The corrugated box is covered; a leaflet containing food item names and user's information is attached on an outer side of the corrugated box to be delivered to the consumer. To ensure a month course of weight reduction, each consumer shall use the content of both packed corrugated boxes completely.
EFFECT: invention enables reducing the length of weight reduction to 4-6 kg a month and maintaining the achieved weight for a long period of time after using the course of weight reduction.
