FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with fresh puerperal lesions of pubic symphysis in case of diastasis up to about 2-3 cm between pubic bones. The method for treating puerperal ruptures of pubic symphysis deals with pelvic fixation. Moreover, fixation of pelvic area should be fulfilled with symphysis bandage or tight pelvic belt for 3 d followed by alternating turns from one side towards the back and to another side, and simultaneously it is important to perform physiotherapeutic procedures and isometric gymnastics of inferior limbs; as for pelvic roentgenography it should be carried out on the 3d, 7th, 14th d and under its control it is necessary to conduct steady tightening of pelvic bones, moreover, a patient should be allowed to stand and walk since the 2-3 wk. The innovation shortens terms for therapy and rehabilitation.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
