FIELD: farming; devices for post-harvesting sorting and cleaning of cereal crops, legumes, corn, sorghum.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes diametral fan, loading mechanism, pneumatic sorting passage, trolley with rollers and seed removal unit. Loading mechanism is provided with fluted grip and is communicated through lower corrugation with lower end of pneumatic sorting passage made in form of spiral and divided into several sections with settling chambers; each settling chamber is provided with seed removal unit directed across motion of device. Diametral fan is mounted of platform located on upper end of pneumatic sorting passage connected with trolley by means of hydraulic cylinder. Trolley is provided with electric drive. Turns of pneumatic sorting passage are communicated through corrugations which change direction of suction.
EFFECT: improved quality of cleaning seeds; possibility of self-loading; enhanced mobility; extended functional capabilities.
