SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to grain cleaning equipment and can be used for cleaning and sorting seeds of grain crops, cereals, legumes, industrial crops and oilseeds, as well as grass seeds. The grain-cleaning separator includes air-separating channels of primary and secondary cleaning installed on the frame, a settling chamber, a cross-flow fan, augers for removing impurities, a receiving chamber with a feeder, devices for removing fractions, upper and lower sieve mills. The settling chamber is divided by a wall made in the form of a segment enveloping the transverse fan. The distance between the segmental wall and the transverse fan is increasing from the air flow inlet from the air separating secondary cleaning channel to the air flow inlet from the primary air separating channel with the possibility of providing a uniform air flow to the transverse fan between it and the segment wall.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of grain separation and cleaning, increased reliability and service life of sieve mills, reduced energy consumption for the grain separation process, as well as ensuring the versatility of the machine when working with various seeds and crops.
