FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural engineering and is intended for post-harvest processing of cereal grain, leguminous and industrial crops. The mobile grain-cleaning aggregate includes a carriage, a loading conveyor with a hopper, a loading bucket elevator, an apparatus for isolating grit and large impurities, a centrifugal air separator, an auger, an intermediate bucket elevator, a secondary grain-cleaning machine, a final bucket elevator, a final grain-cleaning machine. The mobile aggregate includes grain pipes and receiving and distribution apparatuses. The grain pipes interconnect the cleaning machines with bucket elevators and conveyors. The presence of hinge valves in the grain pipes provides a possibility to direct the grain material according to various cleaning procedures. In order to change the sieves, the cyclone is equipped with an extension mechanism. The intermediate bucket elevator has a mechanism for switching to the transport position with several degrees of freedom. Moving accumulators of waste, marketable grain and seeds are used to collect the resulting products after cleaning.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides a possibility of increasing the quality of processing grain and seed material, facilitate operation of the aggregate.
