FIELD: mechanical engineering; vessel processing machines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of bottles, cans, cardboard packs, etc., and it can be used for bottling the liquids. Proposed machine has filling valves arranged on rotor/carrousel and corresponding lifting devices to lift vessels to filling holes. Lifting devices are made of lifting rods installed for movement in vertical to overcome force of spring and holding devices in form of grips arranged in lower zone, and support and aligning surfaces to let in vessel and/or its neck bead. Cylinder-and-piston system is arranged over filling holes in filling valve and/or on valve to set into motion and press vessels. Cylindrical space of said system is made in form of through or inlet channel for pressure feeding medium into vessels to be filled and/or carrying off medium, such as washing gas, gas build pressure or to built preliminary pressure, inert gas and sterilizing media.
EFFECT: simple design of device included directly into vessel processing.
