FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed filler comprises the rotor revolving about vertical axis, vessel arranged on the rotor, its inner volume being separated into that for liquid product and overlying part for gas. The rotor accommodates several filling elements, their casings being furnished with a fluid channel with a valve arranged to communicate with the fluid volume part of aforesaid vessel and outlet hole arranged on the casing lower side. The filler features a return gas pipe open at the outlet hole and communicating with gas passages arranged inside the filling element casing. Every filling element has an uncontrolled gas passage with, at least, one throttle, and the first controlled gas passage with, at least, one first controlled valve that communicates the said return gas pipe with the vessel volume gas part.
EFFECT: selective filling at pressure and at no pressure.
