SUBSTANCE: filling member comprises the first controllable gas path adapted to communicate vessel joined with filling member with vacuum channel of filling machine for vessel evacuation. Filling machine discharges pressure from vessel after counter-pressure vessel filling. The second gas path communicating vessel interior with vacuum channel is created for pressure relief. The second gas path comprises flow reduction and/or control member to decrease or control flow in said channel. The invention involves rotary filling machine.
EFFECT: increased operational reliability and simplified filling machine structure.
