FIELD: methods or apparatus specially adapted for erecting or assembling bridges, particularly cantilevered erection.
SUBSTANCE: method involves erecting temporary supports near permanent piers and in span center; forming scaffold resting upon permanent piers and temporary supports; mounting the first panels of span structure on scaffold; installing erecting crane on previously assembled span structure part and balanced assembling span structure panels in semi-cantilever manner; arranging bend forming means on permanent piers; leaning cantilever parts of assembled span on bend forming means and forming bend with the use of above means. After temporary support demounting in navigation span the span structure erection is continued in full cantilever manner for incomplete section without roadway platforms and paving consoles. Before erection of last two panels cantilever is unloaded by removing erecting crane from assembled part of next span with the use of additional erecting crane with leading on central main beam. Above central main beam is used as launching nose and is supported by bend forming means. After bend forming and span structure unloading in cantilever bottom the same erecting crane mounts members of extreme main beams in panel next to last one in span structure. Above members are rested upon bend forming means. Then ends of extreme main beams are fixed with jacks to level forces acting in each main beam. After that paving panels are laid on panels next to last ones and final cantilever bend is formed. Closing over-pier panel is then installed.
EFFECT: provision of continuous cantilever erection after temporary support demounting in navigation span.
