FIELD: mechanization of dredging; floating plants equipped with submersible pneumatic dredging pumps for dredging and transportation of ground pulp or ground mixture.
SUBSTANCE: proposed floating dredging plant includes pontoon with submersible pneumatic dredging pump mounted on it; working chambers of this pump are connected with high-pressure air distributor by means of pipe lines; high-pressure air distributor is connected in its turn with compressor by means of high-pressure pipe lines. Proposed plant is also provided with low-pressure receiver which is made in form of hollow reservoir connected with compressor suction branch pipe by means of pipe line; it is additionally connected with discharge branch pipe of distributor by means of additional pipe line and with high-pressure pipe line by means of delivery pipe line. These pipe lines are provided with controllable air valves. This plant provides for reduction of power requirements for raising and transportation of hydraulic mixture due to retaining energy of used high-pressure compressed air which may be re-used.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of plant; reduction of power requirements.
