FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining and may be used for extracting metal from tail storage mud. Proposed device comprises floating means with pipelines. Note here that said means is made up of hydraulic platform consisting of two, isolated systems of pipelines. One said system comprises sea inlet pipes to ensure device buoyancy while another system comprises operating pipes to feed air and reagents into tail storage to process roiled mud and to evacuate productive solutions therefrom. Every operating pipe with equipped with T-like inserts for withdrawal of air and aforesaid reagents. Proposed device comprises also air, water, reagent, and waste solutions distribution assembly communicated by pipes or hoses with each aforesaid system of pipelines. Besides, device incorporates self-contained control unit connected by hosed with said distribution assembly. Said T-like inserts are furnished with elements intended for directing air or fluid and made from rubber circled with diameter making two to three diameters of T-like insert.
EFFECT: simplified design, higher efficiency.
