FIELD: electric engineering, possible use for controlling rectifier with capacity filter at output when engineering electromechanical systems, for example, building alternating current electric motors.

SUBSTANCE: method for controlling bi-directional keys in three-phased three-level rectifier includes generation of rectangular voltage impulses, while middles of generated rectangular impulses are synchronized with phase voltages of powering network by momentum of transition of voltages through zero, then active value of first harmonic of phase current of rectifier is measured, value of angle δ is calculated in accordance to expression where ω - angular frequency of phase voltage of powering network; L - phase inductance of rectifier; I1 - active value of first harmonic of current of input phase of rectifier; U1 - active value of phase voltage of powering network, generated rectangular voltage impulses are phase-shifted towards lagging side for angle δ, and then fed onto controlling inputs of bi-directional keys of three-phased three-level rectifier.

EFFECT: generation of limit-maximum average value of rectified voltage of three-phased three-level rectifier during alteration of current value in rectifier input phase.
