SUBSTANCE: in accordance to method, MMS center of sender receives multimedia messages, sent by terminal of sender, request is generated for transmission for identification of information encased in MMS and information, related to service application VASP; MMS center of sender is used to dispatch transmission request to MMS center of receiver, which request was generated at step a), MMS-center of receiver which received transmission request dispatches response transmission message to address of MMS-center of sender; and MMS-center of receiver delivers messages with information encased in them and information, related to service application VASP, contained in transmission request.
EFFECT: solution of problem of ticketing for transmission of messages between various MMS centers.
