SUBSTANCE: on delivery of multimedia messages, the centre of the service responsible for sending of notifying messages, transmits in one conferring of the notice the first information of the conferring which preferably is binary-coded, and the second information of the conferring which preferably represents the text information, a uniform fashion to the telecommunication devices differing with the possibilities concerning a multimedia mode.
EFFECT: cutting of expenses for notifying message transfer and the expenses related to it for guidance in the instance which is carrying out transmission of the conferring of the notice on delivery of multimedia messages on receivers of multimedia messages, irrespective of their multimedia possibilities.
