SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with subperiosteal isolation of scapula followed by descending it to be fixed in correct position; it has been suggested to isolate posterior scapular surface up to the bottom of scapular spine, anterior - up to a coracoid process followed by removing a fibrous cord; then one should isolate the tendons of trapezius and elevator muscles against internal part of scapular spine, dissect the coracoid process at its bottom and then isolate supraspinal scapular part up to suprascapular pattern, resect the altered supraspinal scapular part and dissect the covering periosteum; before scapular descending supraspinal scapular part cross a shortened suprascapular nerve; as for fixing the inferior scapular angle it should be fulfilled with temporary wire suture to an underlying rib that enables to achieve optimal scapular descending and provide more stable effect.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
