FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves mobilizing the scapula, exposing and excising cranial scapula levator muscle portion. The muscle is sutured to trapezoid muscle and pocket is formed between the chest and musculus latissimus dorsi. Physiological scapula fixation is carried out in this pocket by suturing its lower angle to the musculus latissimus dorsi with U-shaped sutures. Then, clavicle is shortened corresponding to achieved right physiological position.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; excluded disease recurrence.
