SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating inborn scapular high position in children due to its mobilization, descending and osteotomy of coracoid process. On scapular mobilizing one should perform mobilization of suprascapular vasculo-nervous bundle out of surrounding tissues to cross scapular cross-sectional ligament; on scapular descending one should perform subperiosteal cross-sectional osteotomy of internal cortical plate and osteoclasia of external cortical plate that helps to adapt adjoining scapular and thoracic surfaces, moreover, one should separate and suture up paravertebral muscle from cross-sectional processes of vertebral thoracic departments towards to medial scapular edge that provides the function of shoulder girdle muscles and improves cosmetic effect.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
