FIELD: dust collection equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the wet-type dust collection technique and can be used in chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for purification of dusty gases. Result is achieved in a scrubber containing a body with a conical and cylindrical part and a sludge collector, a nozzle for introducing a dusty gas, a branch pipe for the outlet of purified gas, a spraying device including an external pipeline with embedded lower and upper nozzles embedded in the form of injectors, where each of the nozzles of the spraying device comprises a body, a fitting and a co-axially inserted swirl insert, on whose surface a screw thread is made. On the axis of the swirler, a central axial hole is made with a screw thread on the inner surface, opposite to the channel cutting direction, the outer screw-like threaded channels and the screw thread on the inner surface of the axial hole of the swirler are made with a variable pitch. Swirler is fitted in the body via elastic gaskets and pressed by union-case thread joint. At the top of the nozzle, a perforated disk is mounted on which a hollow helical conical swirler is mounted in an expanding channel for supplying liquid to a cylindrical hole made axially symmetrically to the injector body.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process by increasing the liquid spraying rate of injectors.
