FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: atomizer includes a housing, a fitting and coaxially disposed fitting swirl insert with an external helical thread and an expanding tapered holes inside. The fitting has an inlet straight hole connected to a diffuser formed axisymmetrically in the casing. At the bottom of the casing, a nozzle is located axisymmetrically to the casing, which is made with a two-stage and coaxial insert-swirl diffuser. The first diffuser stage is a continuation of the widening tapered hole formed inside the swirl insert which is made of wear-resistant material. The second diffuser stage is a continuation of his first stage, and a helical thread is made on its inner conical surface. The conical surface with a helical thread of the second diffuser stage is made perforated. In the bottom part of the casing, a cylinder course is fastened coaxially on which a flow divider is installed. The spreader is made in form of at least two rods located obliquely to the axis of the atomizer, connected to each other in the bottom part. A vertical rod is attached to the rods which a swirler is mounted on. The swirl is made in form of a cone with helical blades, enclosing a rod with clearance. The swirl is made supported with the fixed stop at the bottom, located horizontally and perpendicular to the rod.
EFFECT: improved liquid spray quality, sprayer performance, and hydraulic losses reduction.
