FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: sptayer includes a housing, a fitting and coaxially disposed fitting swirl insert with an external helical thread and an expanding tapered holes inside. The fitting has an inlet straight hole connected to a diffuser formed axisymmetrically in the casing. At the bottom of the housing, a nozzle is located axisymmetrically to the housing. In this case, the nozzle is made two-stage and coaxial to the swirl insert by diffuser. The first diffuser stage is a continuation of the widening tapered hole formed inside the swirl insert made of wear-resistant material. The second diffuser stage is a continuation of his first stage. On its inner conical surface, helical thread is made. The conical surface with a helical thread of the second diffuser stage is made perforated. Axially and axisymmetrically to the housing, on the disk with holes, a tube is mounted at the fitting top designed for supplying air to the mixing chamber of the nozzle. The mixing chamber is made with a perforated bottom and at least three throttles arranged perpendicular to the tube axis.

EFFECT: improved liquid spray quality, sprayer performance, and hydraulic losses reduction.
