FIELD: building industry; other industries; devices for application of the dry powdery paints by the tribokinetic method.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the device for application of the dry powdery paints by the tribokinetic method, which contains the body with the channel for the compressed air supply, the pressure regulator of the compressed air supply, the compressed air supply switch and the duct connected with the body used for charging of the powdery paint with the electric charge and including the external dielectric tube and the internal dielectric rod with the cone-shaped deflector fixed on its free end, and the fastening of the ground connection. The external dielectric tube and the interior dielectric rod ensure formation of the annular channel for the air-powdery mixture passing through, and also the channel for the powdery paint feeding arranged in the body. The device contains the small pot with the air inflating valve for the powdery paint connected with the channel of the paint feeding in the device body, and also the adjusting tool to control consumption of the paint fed from the small pot. The internal dielectric rod is arranged coaxially with the channel for the compressed air feeding. Inside the internal dielectric rod on the side of channel of the compressed air supply there are the ejection channel arranged coaxially with the channel for the compressed air supply in the body and at least one sputtering channel. The sputtering channel connects the ejection channel with the annular channel of the duct and is made with inclination to the longitudinal axis of the interior rod. The internal rod ejection channel and the compressed air feeding channel in the body form then ejector for intake of the powdery paint particles from the powdery paint feeding channel. On the internal rod there is at least one screw-type groove forming with the external dielectric tube the screw-type air channel for feeding the air into the annular channel between the dielectric tube and the internal dielectric rod. Inside the body there is the additional air channel, which connects the screw-type air channel with the channel for feeding of the compressed air in the body of the device. Thus, the device allows to increase the total electric charge of the powdery paint particles due to the increased excessive pressure in the groove before the annular channel of the device and, therefore, the particles speeds in the annular channel itself, and also allows to increase the number of the particles contacting the walls of the annular channel because of the centrifugal force formed at the curling of the airflow which is going out from the screw-type channels of the device and the additional dilation of this flow on the section of duct, that result in its active braking in the surrounding air at conservation of the high electric charge.
EFFECT: the invention allows to increase the total electric charge of the powdery paint particles, the particles speeds in the annular channel itself, to increase the number of the particles contacting the walls of the annular channel, the additional dilation of the paint particle flow on the section of duct, that ensures the flow active braking in the surrounding air at conservation of the high electric charge.
