FIELD: biotechnological methods.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diagnostic method of determining one or more cytochrome b mutations in fungi in positions corresponding to cytochrome b residue 129 of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Polymerase chain reaction is performed to determine bonding between oligonucleotide probe and amplicon generated in this reaction or to reveal presence of amplicon, which was generated in the same reaction using indicated primers.

EFFECT: enabled rapid and accurate determination of mutations imparting fungicide stability of fungus.
