FIELD: oil production, particularly obtaining oil from a multiple-zone well.
SUBSTANCE: method involves lowering pump connected to flow string to upper formation level, wherein the pump has extension pipe and packer; isolating upper formation from lower one by above packer; extracting oil from above formations by above pump with the use of additional valve installed on pump extension pipe under packer in lower formation zone, wherein the valve may be closed from upper formation side; fixing maximal possible stable summary volume of product to be extracted from formations by pump capacity change; measuring dynamic level of product in upper formation and as summary volume of extracted product decreases during further well operation above dynamic level is measured; recovering above dynamic level by pump capacity change. Water ingress from upper formation into lower formation is prevented.
EFFECT: provision of stable oil production from two formations so that summary produced oil amount is close or equal to sum of formation outputs regardless of formation pressure and oil viscosity in different formations.
