FIELD: powder metallurgy; production of magnetically soft materials.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method is used for manufacture of magnetic circuits operating in low-frequency constant and alternating fields, domestic electrical equipment, for example. Proposed method of production of magnetically soft material includes mixing the iron and ferro-phosphorus powders followed by molding. Molded material is sintered in nitrogen gas at temperature of 1000-110°C by cyclic method through alternation of sintering and cooling.
EFFECT: reduction of sintering temperature; improved service characteristics of material.
