FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy. Particularly it relates to receiving of non-retentive materials on the basis of iron. It can be used for manufacturing of magnetic conductors, rotors and stators of electrical machines, polar tips, and jockeys. Initial charge, containing powders of iron and silicon, is subject to preliminary mechanical activation by means of crushing in mechanical energy intensive aggregate. In case of usage in the capacity of energy intensive aggregate of vibrating mill activation it is implemented during 3-4 hours, and in centrifugal-planetary mill - during 20-60 minutes. Sintering is implemented at temperature 1150-1300°C in vacuum.
EFFECT: high strength and solidity, low coercive force, high specific electrical resistance and magnetisation.
