FIELD: production of canned goods from meat and vegetables.
SUBSTANCE: cured-cooked ham is cut, greased with table mustard, and roasted in melt fat. Fresh white cabbage is shredded and slowly frozen. Carrot, parsley root and onion are cut and roasted in melt fat. Wheat flout is roasted. Cabbage, carrot, parsley root, onion, flour tomato paste, acetic acid, sugar, table salt, black pepper, and bay leaf are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere to produce garnish. Ham, garnish, and bone broth are pre-packed, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
