FIELD: preparing of beverages from soluble products kept in disposable containers.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing beverage from soluble product kept in disposable cartridge by regulating pouring and dosing of soluble product so that the latter is delivered in suspension during at least 75% of full pouring time. According to one version, dosing unit has discharge channel provided between wall of puncturing member 7 and edge of cartridge discharge opening.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in providing optimal amounts of beverage regardless of characteristics of cartridge containing soluble product.
