SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing beverages from soluble products enclosed in disposable containers such as capsules; regulating pouring process by dosing beverage so that soluble product is delivered in the form of suspension during time interval constituting at least 75% of total time needed for pouring and dosing of soluble substance. Apparatus has collecting device designed for accommodation of capsule containing soluble product and is adapted for preparing of hot beverage such as coffee, cappuccino, tea and etc.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of method and apparatus, improved quality and wider range of beverages prepared using said method and apparatus.
